Here at Shāpu knives our passion is to bring high quality Japanese style knives at an affordable price. As passionate cooks ourselves we knew the importance of using high quality and sharp knives in the kitchen. So our dream was to bring quality to the customer at a great price.
Our hand forged knives use high quality VG10 Damascus and stainless steel giving a quality that will last for chefs and home users alike. Using different design techniques we have hand picked our blades and handles to be both ergonomic and aesthetic.
